Quraq korpe is a traditional Kazakh art of sewing, where an ornamental pattern is assembled from scraps of different fabrics. Inspired by this idea, this EP was recorded, assembled from various scraps, sounds, and recordings. The basis is taken from Kazakh folk songs, which were rethought, torn into pieces and reassembled again.
